Ingredients:

  • 1 serving — Supergut Vanilla Crème or Supergut Vegan Vanilla
  • 12 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk or water
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1/4 piece of an  Extra Small Banana (less than 6″ long)
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup — Ice

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend for 10-15 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Revel in the fact that you just made a sweet treat in less than half a minute. Drink. Repeat tomorrow.
